Eden Play FAQs

I’ve booked a session and I can no longer attend, will I get a refund?

Once you’ve booked a session, your ticket is non-refundable and is initially valid for the date selected at purchase. However, we’re happy to reschedule your booking if you contact the centre before close of business. We understand that plans can change, but as session spots are limited, this policy helps ensure fairness and availability for all families. Thank you for your understanding.

How busy does Eden Play get?
